Larry J. Riley - President
- Larry founded the company in 2000 with his wife, Joene. He works with engineering firms to design our lift stations, and assists customers in determining the appropriate application.

Joene Riley - Vice President
- Joene founded the company in 2000 with Larry. She handles day-to-day office activity in support of the office manager.

Gerson Velez - VP of Engineering
- Gerson has been with Riley & Company almost since its inception. He heads the automation department, and is in charge of quoting individual automation needs, including remote monitoring.

Dan Burns - Lift Station Sales
- Dan has been with Riley & Company since 2004, and has been a key part of our growth. Any lift station need, great or small, Dan will have the answers.

Ed Fanning - Project Manager
- Ed is a recent addition to our team, and we look forward to a long relationship with him. He is responsible for scheduling all deliveries and start-ups, and manages all projects from the receipt of an order through the start-up.

Tennille Swartz - Warehouse Manager
- Tennille rejoined the team in 2006. She oversees our warehouse employees, and also takes care of the Start-Up reports and the Operations and Maintenance Manuals after lift station start-up.

Audrey Bowman - Office Manager
- Audrey has been with team since 2004 as the Office Manager. She has now taken over the IT needs of the company while still maintaining the role of Office Manager.
